This notice explains how CultureCatalyst handles information collected through Talent Passport™ and the CultureCatalyst website.

How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure your account, deliver your Talent Passport™ journey, respond to enquiries, support participating organisations, maintain service quality and meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Your private journey information is available to you and, where your journey was issued by an organisation, authorised members of that organisation. Public credentials show only information you choose or are authorised to share.
Storage and protection
We use access controls and authenticated services to protect personal information. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the service, the relevant professional journey, or legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also choose not to make a credential public or withdraw an enquiry before work begins.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses essential browser storage for sign-in, security and journey progress. We do not use this essential storage for advertising.
